SuKam Brainy Eco solar home UPS 110012V.Today we will see how we can connect Brainy Eco to battery, solar panel and mains supply.First of all, we will connect the system with the battery for which we will connect thebattery wire given at the back of the system to the battery. This is the positive wireof the system which is red in colour and we will connect it to the positive terminal ofthe battery. This is the negative wire of the system which we will connect at the negativeterminal of the battery. After this, we will tighten both the wires with the help of 1213number panel. After connecting the battery, now we will connect the solar panel to thesystem for which we will connect the solar
positive wire coming from the solar panelto the solar positive terminal at the back of the system. After this, we will connectthe solar negative wire to system’s solar negative terminal. Now we have connected thesystem to 150AH SuKam Bazooka tubular battery. This single tubular can be charged with amaximum of 300W solar panel. For 300W panel, we have connected three panels of 100 W eachin parallel. To connect the solar panels in parallel, we will have to connect the positivewire of first terminal to the positive terminal of the second panel. The negative wire willbe connected to the negative terminal of the second panel. The positive and negative wirescoming out of the last panel will be connected
to system’s PV negative and positive terminals.As we know in Brainy Eco solar home UPS, there is an inbuilt solar charge controller of 30amp which can easily charge a 300 AH battery. In order to make a 300 AH battery bank, wewill connect two 150 AH batteries in parallel. As we have done here, we have connected two150 AH batteries in parallel for which we have connected the positive terminal of thefirst battery to the positive terminal of the second battery and negative terminal tosecond battery’s negative terminal. To charge this double battery, we can use a maximumof 500 W panel. Here we have connected 5 panels of 100 W each in parallel so that we can getmaximum 30 amp charging current. To connect
these panels in parallel, we will connectthe positive wire coming from positive terminal of first panel to the positive terminal ofthe second panel and negative wire will be connected to the second panel’s negative terminal.Similarly, we will connect the other panels in parallel. The positive and negativewirefrom the last terminal will be connected to system’s PV negative and positive terminals.After this, we will connect the output load to the output socket provided at the backof the system. After this, we will connect the system to mains for which we will pluginthe input wire provided at the back of the system to mains. Then we will switch on mainsMCB. We will keep the ATC sensitive wire given
at the back of the system near the batteryso that it can sense the environment around the battery and accordingly can charge thebattery. After completing all the connections, now we will switch on the Power button ofthe system. As you can see that system has been switched on in Backup mode and the outputof the system has also been switched on. Along with this, system has been connected to solar.As you can see that Solar On LED is in yellow colour which means that the system is connectedwith solar. The battery is getting charged with solar. Now we will switch on the Mainssupply of the system. As you can see that the system is now connected to mains. MainsOn LED is glowing. Charging LED is blinking
in green and yellow colour which means thatthe system is charging the battery with mains and solar.
